Breakout Session Speakers - Emily OKeefe

We wish our associate, Emily OKeefe, a bon voyage, as she travels to Ottawa this week to speak at the Institute of Law Clerks of Ontario’s Annual Conference held at the Fairmont Chateau Laurier. Emily will be speaking about how a spouse’s interest in a discretionary trust is valued for the purposes of equalization and how to best protect your client from claims relating to discretionary trusts upon separation.
